Here are some decent photos of a bow I just shipped out using a solid block of the ChromaPly material. This stuff has more density than any other type of action wood I've ever used, with the exception of Diamond wood. And it's much easier to work with too. Mills well and sands like very dense hardwood.

Beautiful bow. Did you notice any hairline cracks show up in between the layers as you were shaping the riser?

Absolutely not.... This is hands down the highest quality action wood i've ever used. The layers are very thin and fully impregnated with resin. Very dense material. i've used it for butt wedges & tip wedges too. Kirk
