Those bows are stunning!
I love the old recurves, thanks for sharing.
That Diablo is a mighty handsome bow- they all are. Lately I been adopting some bows that have blemished beauty, like this 1954 Mamba Sharpshooter that got a deep gouge in the inside curve of the grip during production, probably from the edge of a sanding belt during shaping, and an unknown employee snatched it out of the trash barrel, filled the gouge. I found it 65 years later, no weight stamp, decal or serial number but a nice 66" shooter from when Howatt only offered 3 models. I think the bottle-opener shelf was not factory-issue. ;)
Beautiful bows! :clapper: :clapper:
Love those old Howatts. The Rose wood they used back then was just gorgeous. I have a Hi-Speed similar to yours. That is a very nice collection!
Simply stunning, I love those old Howatts, I have several my self. I only shoot Martin Howatts,,,Thanks for sharing.
