Well all the practice and patience payed off. I shot a whitetail doe this am. I'v archery hunted on and off for 20yrs. I used a buck decoy, homemade burlap ground blind. It was my 6th time out this season. I got to blind a little late. Set-up decoy. Around 8am, a 3 point buck came into my decoy. As I was trying to set-up the shot, he spooked, huffed and puffed off. I thought the hunt was over for this am. About an hr. later here comes three does to my decoy. It took a few mins. to get a shot. 12yrds broadside. Double lung, pass through. I didn't see me arrow hit her. Last thing I remember is the thud of my longbow. She stood still and then ran 25yrds and fell over dead. What a day. I used a Heart Land Bow, 45#, CE 150's with 125gr. Magnus 2 blade. Thank you to all that have helped me.
Congrats , wish you many more....

I want to give a shout out to Rod Jenkins and Cory Engert. I took Rod's clinic last spring. I was calm and collect when I took this shot on the doe. The practice payed off. Cory for building a great bow. Smooth, quiet, and PRETTY.
