I'm still exploring the possibilities of this type of knife. This is a hunting knife with a 4-1/2 inch blade. The steel is 80crv2 steel. It's all one piece that is forged out and folded into position and riveted at the bottom.

You've taken the skeleton knife to a new level, Lin. Also, I like this design much better than the first one you posted, which had the tang in the middle. Very cool!
Wow, looking at the stuff you come up with is truly inspiring. Makes me want to go hammer on something!
That's awesome. The handle shape kinda makes me think of one of Karl's hunters.........not a takedown is it? ;) But the blade and construction is all you.
I'll never stop being amazed by your skill. True craftsmanship at its best

Thanks guys! :campfire:
Reminds me of a forged trigger guard on an old flintlock mountain rifle.
That knife really blends the rustic brute de forge style with your trademark elegant and flawless execution. Holy cow, what a knife! There's a whole lot going on there for sure.
These are awesome Lin.
You definitely know how to think outside the box Lin.
