I took 70 pictures this Saturday duirng a rabbit hunt and was able to view them all as the day progressed. Even that evening and Sunday morning in the Motel.
Now at home I started to veiw them in my computer and their all gone. I get whats lQQks like a broken piture frame for them all on the computer screen and now cannot see any of the new pictures. I only see the 14 old pictures I had on there before the hunt on the view window for the camera..
HELP!!!
Do you have a memory card in the camera? You might be able to bring it somewhere to get them printed and or put on a disk.
Man I would cry. Good luck.
Most likely your card has been partioned. Seperate folders
What type of camera and media are you using?
Do a search for image recovery on google. There are some free programs on the net that may recover the images.

Thanks to all I will each and hopefully recover some greta photos.
let us know how you make out, i will help if i can.
Hope you can get them back. If you do let us know what you did in case someone else runs into this problem.
Went to my camera store. They tried to do a disk recovery. NG :(
Funny thing is the following:
I was able to veiw the 14 old pictures I had left on the disk thru the veiw finder of the camera. When I put the card in a card reader I saw more photographs which included some I thought to be missing. The funny thing is there were say 6 copies for each of the new photos I was trying to see that were shown on the computer and not on the camera's veiw finder.
So in the end all photos lost and now have to convince my wife I was actually at the JLMBH. :scared:
Anyone willing to testify for this Irishman in a Sicilian Court. :readit:
I'm wondering if I tried to pull the card out while the camera was on? This could have also been the cilprit.
That really stinks you lost those pics Jim.
Jim Tell me about it. I took the camera this year and had more fun throwing the wooden disc rabbit, pushing and taking pictures then trying to shoot. I only took one shot.
Well hopefully heres next year.
Sorry to hear you lost your pic's but at least you have the memories.
Yea, I wouldn't pull the card if the camera is powered up. Also don't power it down if it is writing a file/pic. Same applies while working with them on a PC. Save the files you can then re-format the card in the camera and you should be good to go.

quick question? are you able to view the images on the cameras ldc just not on your computer? what type of cards are you using? there are several types of disc recovery programs and unless you have formatted the disc you still may be able to recover the images.
