I think I've finally got the right stuff. When I keep getting request for a certain wood I do my best to bring it in. This is my first run of Myrtle with many to come.

Don't let the light color of these dry veneers fool you. Here is what it looked like after wetting with alcohol.

The really strange thing about these veneers is they have three different looks along the length of the veneers.
One end has Birdseye and Fisheye along with a little burl.

The middle had dark streaks and a little curl.

While the other end has heavy grain.
