Our three daughters got some sort of virus this past week and Ande and Kaci are pretty much over it but our newest daughter we adopted in Jan. named Darci had developed something called R.S.V. and if some may remember me telling you she has a heart condition and another special need but she was admitted to the hospital on thursday and not much they could do but monitor her...
She was released last night and back home now and just starting to get a few ounces of water and a few bites of food here and there...She has a terrible cougth but lastnight was her best rest in 3 days and we are praying she is out of the danger zone...All three girls have had 104 temps but are now like 98 degree and holding...Please if you will just ad them in your daily prayers if you remember.... Thanks everyone for your prayers!

Prayers for God's best
Sorry to read of your plight there amigo.
Those li'l ones are special to God and he didn't pull your heart strings to let a nasty ole virus lay them low! Darci will rebound I'm sure of it....but that has to be a scary ride for you guys and the wee ones!
Prayers for full recovery for all three...
Keep the Son in your eyes!

Prayers for your girls health and full recovery<><
Keith,
Prayers for Darcy and your family. I can only imagine her immune system would be a little different being exposed to different environments. I pray she makes a miraculous recovery.
Thanks everyone...
Darci had a hard night trying to breath and crying for hours but did manage a few hours...
I am home with her in my lap now and she did eat a bowl of peach oatmeal and some Dora gummy's but just gets a few ounce's of liquids in her...I almost have to force the liquids in her...The hospital could'nt even find a vein to push liquids due to her not having much muscle tone in her arms...She has a condition called Holts Oram sydrome with no thumbs, short forarms and wrists are turned inward at a 90 degree..She has gained a few pounds and is 19 pounds now but just a little under weight for her age of 17 months... I tried to post some pics for everyone but the new photobucket has got me baffled? I tried the image linky too but computer's and I don't mix to well...Anyway she is struggling but needs many prayers...Thanks again folks...

Bless that child's heart. She's a fighter to have made it this far... hard to force one too young to communicate to do things like drink when it doesn't feel good...but you know the drill!
Maybe low sugar canned fruit...something with lots of fluid that is palatable? What do I know?
Keep the Son in your eyes! Prayers up
Doc,
Update..Lastnight was her best night in over a week sleeping Praise's be to God and all you prayer warriors...I left for work around 4:30 ish and when I walked through the door this afternoon she was smiling and walking around the house with a grin...She has the green snotty booger nose right now that needs a wipin every every 5 minutes but that tells me the nasty stuff is coming out of her and she is on the road to recovery...Funny story lastnight I was cruising Tradgang and my wife came in asking me "DID YOU GIVE Darci a diaper to hand me"?
I said :biglaugh:
Cute story, bud...to all by the wife, I'm sure!
Good she's starting to get that stuff outa her!
Love your color commentary on the nose effluence!
Sounds indeed like she's turned the corner...keep the fluids flowing!
Praise be for her improvement...God sure loves kids

Prayers for continued improvement for Darci and continued health for Ande and Kaci. Glad to hear how it's coming along, and that Marci is getting her humor back.
