Hey friends,
I'm afraid I'm not much good at praying, so I again need to ask for your help and support, for my grandmother's, my grandfather's and aunts, uncles, cousins, and parents sake. 10 months ago my grandma was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and, well, as they say heaven's just over the next ridge. Hope's not the greatest thing to have now but it would be nice to have one last Thanksgiving together. My family is meeting with the hospice nurse on Friday. There isn't much more to say but I am always grateful for your support.

edit:
My grandmother finally went home to God at 1 am this morning. We live next door so we were close. I am glad I could spend some time with her near the end. Thanks for all your support, my grandfather needs your continued prayers but I am sure my grandma is already safely in His arms.
Trish
Trisha,
Prayers sent for your family.
May God Bless.
Take Care
Praying for peace through out this ordeal and that the time left will be a blessing to all.
Trisha,
Prayer isn't anything special..it is just what you've already done..turned to our Father and Brother, Jesus, and talk to them as you have us.
His will isn't always our own, but He does listen and is moved for He does love us. Like any good parent, He cannot always grant us our wishes for He knows all and sometimes has to deny us what we want for a greater cause or good.
Lord, hear Trish and if it be Your Will, allow their grandma one last reunion for Thanksgiving before callin her home to be with you. If it not be your will, gather the family in your loving arms and help them feel and know that peace only You can bring us all... that peace that surpasses all understanding.
In all things help us to always come to you first and to give praise to your Glory even when we don't get our own way. But we do ask that you listen to Trish and help this family come closer to you through this request.
In your Mercy, Lord.
