Anyone recognize this broadhead? Can not find it listed in the ABC reference sheets I have and do not remember hearing this before. Found it in some old stuff we had here at Muzzy and curious as to where it came from or who made them. It is a long 3-1 2bl head, welded to ferrule and glue on taper as well. Appears to be Cadium plated so it is not very old but maybe unique! Cannot post pics on here, no bucket account!! Mark

Correct, French broadheads! No Hill clone, because of steel ferrule! Coche died few years ago. Manufactured since 1985. Sold a Coche Adventure, Pionnier and Vulcain a year ago via peeBay. Somewhat scarce and hard to get. I should have kept them, as I've not yet got accross any others since then.

Without putting a mike to it, it looks like the blade is a "Hunters Head" originally designed by John Lee of Ohio and marketed by John Schultz, the company was then sold to Eastside Archery of Chicago, IL and called the "Huntersedge" about 8-10 years ago the dies and rights to the head were up for sale and I don't know what ever happened to it. The ferrule is completely different that either of those two heads, and the ferrule was the weakest part of them. Sorry I could not be of more help.
