I just recieved a 1950's arrow with a beautiful Stemmler Broadhead on it. The arrow is unshot, and near perfect. The amazing thing to me is that the cresting is a wrap. It looks like it was sealed over the top. Does anyone know when wraps where first used.
There is nothing new in archery!
Us old guys hae seen this stuff go around and around.
I think those wraps were an E-Z Wrap prototype!!!!!
Of course I'm just being silly again!

I talked to the Grand GURU today, and he told me wraps have been around since the 40's or 50's. A bit uncertain without looking it up as to exactly when. I guess it just goes to show, there really isn't anything new. The head is a New Big Game released in 56, so I guess that dates the arrow, as sometime after that. I should have more coming in early next week, Great arrows if they are all as nice as this one.
