I'd like to see one too. I remember watching my Grandmother do it when I was little. I think she would cook the meat down and stuff it in a Mason jar hot and pour the hot water and juice in, cap it and let it seal. The lard would rise to the top and make it air tight.
think I'll try t make some canned pulledpork in bbq sauce and see if i wil work out. I'll let ya know how it is mullet
