For a pound of ground venison, add:
Winchester sauce (worchester?), about 2 tblespoons
1/4 chopped small onion
one egg or equivalent eggbeater
several shakes of garlic powder
about 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Or adjust to taste. I prefer the venison with beef fat added, but it's all good.

I add some homemade Sweet Heat BBQ sauce and some sliced green onions to the ground venison. A nice char on the grill and....YUMMY!!!!
Never thought about the brown sugar, OconeeDan,...but it's definately a natural with game! I'm going to give that idea a spin this weekend ;-).
