Title: Perfect Venison Marinade
Post by: Pinecone on May 13, 2006, 01:52:00 PM
This marinade is simple and amazing.  I've used it on venison steaks and then put them on the grill until medium rare and the flavor of the meat simply can not be described.  Here it is:

Equal parts of soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar.  Then add fresh cracked black pepper and garlic to taste.  Marinade for 60 minutes or longer.  Awesome!!!

Bon Apetite'

Claudia, I have been using winchester sauce and soy sauce for a long time when marinating venison.  But I have not added balsamic vinegar.  Sounds like I need to try it.  Thanks!

Claudia, I use same ingredients plus some red wine and a little honey. You need the red wine or an oil (I use olive oil)to break down the enzymes of the meat.
