i sometimes develp the tendency to over grip my bow and my shooting falls apart, is this due to fatigue? any tips to help this from happening?
thanks
kyle
Probably. You seem to make your own problems I think. IF you learn a relaxed grip, why would you start to grip harder?? The bow needs to be able to turn in your hand in order for the force plane to remain flat. If you squeeze down on it ( start to choke a snake) you force the bow out of plane and cause bad shots. It's the old joke, " Doctor, it hurts when I do this. Doctor's reply: Then don't do that!!"
