Title: hard grip

i sometimes develp the tendency to over grip my bow and my shooting falls apart, is this due to fatigue? any tips to help this from happening?

Probably.  You seem to make your own problems I think.  IF you learn a relaxed grip, why would you start to grip harder??  The bow needs to be able to turn in  your hand in order for the force plane to remain flat.  If you squeeze down on it ( start to choke a snake) you force the bow out of plane and cause bad shots.  It's the old joke, " Doctor, it hurts when I do this.  Doctor's reply: Then don't do that!!"

HH said....'like holding a bird...not to tight as to harm it...not to loose that it will fly away'.

That's the way I hold a bow as well.

i dont know why i keep doing this when shooting long range, any other time this does not happen its only when im shooting longer distances, any clue what can be going on?
